is a murderer： the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer； when he meeteth him。
35：22倘若人没有仇恨，忽然将人推倒，或是没有埋伏把物扔在人身上，
But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity； or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait；
35：23或是没有看见的时候用可以打死人的石头扔在人身上，以致于死，本来与他无仇，也无意害他。
Or with any stone； wherewith a man may die； seeing him not； and cast it upon him； that he die； and was not his enemy； neither sought his harm：
35：24会众就要照典章，在打死人的和报血仇的中间审判。
Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments：
35：25会众要救这误杀人的脱离报血仇人的手，也要使他归入逃城。他要住在其中，直等到受圣膏的大祭司死了。
And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood； and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge； whither he was fled： and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest； which was anointed with the holy oil。
35：26但误杀人的，无论什么时候，若出了逃城的境外，
But if the slayer shall at any time e without the border of the city of his refuge； whither he was fled；
35：27报血仇的在逃城境外遇见他，将他杀了，报血仇的就没有流血之罪。
And the revenger of blood find him without the borders of the city of his refuge； and the revenger of blood kill the slayer； he shall not be guilty of blood：
35：28因为误杀人的该住在逃城里，等到大祭司死了。大祭司死了以后，误杀人的才可以回到他所得为业之地。
Because he should have remained in the city of his refuge until the death of the high priest： but after the death of the high priest the slayer shall return into the land of his possession。
35：29这在你们一切的住处，要作你们世世代代的律例典章。
So these things shall be for a statute of judgment unto you throughout your generations in all your dwellings。
35：30无论谁故杀人，要凭几个见证人的口把那故杀人的杀了，只是不可凭一个见证的口叫人死。
Whoso killeth any person； the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses： but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die。
35：31故杀人，犯死罪的，你们不可收赎价代替他的命。他必被治死。
Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer； which is guilty of death： but he shall be surely put to death。
35：32那逃到逃城的人，你们不可为他收赎价，使他在大祭司未死以先再来住在本地。
And ye shall take no satisfaction for him that is fled to the city of his refuge； that he should e again to dwell in the land； until the death of the priest。
35：33这样，你们就不污秽所住之地，因为血是污秽地的。若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净（洁净原文作赎）。
So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are： for blood it defileth the land： and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein； but by the blood of him that shed it。
35：34你们不可玷污所住之地，就是我住在其中之地，因为我耶和华住在以色列人中间。
Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit； wherein I dwell： for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel。

36：1约瑟的后裔，玛拿西的孙子，玛吉的儿子基列，他子孙中的诸族长来到摩西和作首领的以色猎人族长面前，
And the chief fathers of the families of the children of Gilead； the son of Machir； the son of Manasseh； of the families of the sons of Joseph； came near； and spake before Moses； and before the princes； the chief fathers of the children of Israel：
36：2说，耶和华曾吩咐我主拈阄分地给以色列人为业，我主也受了耶和华的吩咐将我们兄弟西罗非哈的产业分给他的众女儿。
And they said； The LORD manded my lord to give the land for an inheritance by lot to the children of Israel： and my lord was manded by the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother unto his daughters。
36：3她们若嫁以色列别支派的人，就必将我们祖宗所遗留的产业加在她们丈夫支派的产业中。这样，我们拈阄所得的产业就要减少了。
And if they be married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Israel； then shall their inheritance be taken from the inheritance of our fathers； and shall be put to the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received： so shall it be taken from the lot of our inheritance。
36：4到了以色列人的禧年，这女儿的产业就必加在她们丈夫支派的产业上。这样，我们祖宗支派的产业就减少了。
And when the jubile of the children of Israel shall be； then shall their inheritance be put unto the inheritance of the tribe whereunto they are received： so shall their inheritance be taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers。
36：5摩西照耶和华的话吩咐以色列人说，约瑟支派的人说得有理。
And Moses manded the children of Israel according to the word of the LORD； saying； The tribe of the sons of Joseph hath said well。
36：6论到西罗非哈的众女儿，耶和华这样吩咐说，她们可以随意嫁人，只是要嫁同宗支派的人。
This is the thing which the LORD doth mand concerning the daughters of Zelophehad； saying； Let them marry to whom they think best； only to the family of the tribe of their father shall they marry。
36：7这样，以色列人的产业就不从这支派归到那支派，因为以色列人要各守各祖宗支派的产业。
So shall not the inheritance of the children of Israel remove from tribe to tribe： for every one of the children of Israel shall keep himself to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers。
36：8凡在以色列支派中得了产业的女子必作同宗支派人的妻，好叫以色列人各自承受他祖宗的产业。
And every daughter； that possesseth an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Israel； shall be wife unto one of the family of the tribe of her father； that the children of Israel may enjoy every man the inheritance of his fathers。
36：9这样，他们的产业就不从这支派归到那支派，因为以色列支派的人要各守各的产业。
Neither shall the inheritance remove from one tribe to another tribe； but every one of the tribes of the children of Israel shall keep himself to his own inheritance。
36：10耶和华怎样吩咐摩西，西罗非哈的众女儿就怎样行。
Even as the LORD manded Moses； so did the daughters of Zelophehad：
36：11西罗非哈的女儿玛拉，得撒，曷拉，密迦，挪阿都嫁了他们伯叔的儿子。
For Mahlah； Tirzah； and Hoglah； and Milcah； and Noah； the daughters of Zelophehad； were married unto their father's brothers' sons：
36：12她们嫁入约瑟儿子，玛拿西子孙的族中。她们的产业仍留在同宗支派中。
And they were married into the families of the sons of Manasseh the son of Joseph； and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father。
36：13这是耶和华在摩押平原约旦河边，耶利哥对面藉着摩西所吩咐以色列人的命令典章。
These are the mandments and the judgments； which the LORD manded by the hand of Moses unto the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by Jordan near Jericho。

1：1以下所记的，是摩西在约旦河东的旷野，疏弗对面的亚拉巴，就是巴兰，陀弗，拉班，哈洗录，底撒哈中间，向以色列众人所说的话。
These be the words which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness； in the plain over against the Red sea； between Paran； and Tophel； and Laban； and Hazeroth； and Dizahab。
1：2从何烈山经过西珥山，到加低斯巴尼亚，有十一天的路程。
（There are eleven days' journey from Horeb by the way of mount Seir unto Kadeshbarnea。）
1：3出埃及第四十年，十一月初一日，摩西照耶和华藉着他所吩咐以色列人的话，都晓谕他们。
And it came to pass in the fortieth year； in the eleventh month； on the first day of the month； that Moses spake unto the children of Israel； according unto all that the LORD had given him in mandment unto them；
1：4那时，他已经击杀了住希实本的亚摩利王西宏，和住以得来，亚斯他录的巴珊王噩。
After he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites； which dwelt in Heshbon； and Og the king of Bashan； which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei：
1：5摩西在约旦河东的摩押地讲律法说，
On this side Jordan； in the land of Moab； began Moses to declare this law； saying；
1：6耶和华我们的神在何烈山晓谕我们说，你们在这山上住的日子够了。
The LORD our God spake unto us in Horeb； saying； Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount：
1：7要起行转到亚摩利人的山地和靠近这山地的各处，就是亚拉巴，山地，高原，南地，沿海一带迦南人的地，并黎巴嫩山又到伯拉大河。
Turn you； and take your journey； and go to the mount of the Amorites； and unto all the places nigh thereunto； in the plain； in the hills； and in the vale； and in the south； and by the sea side； to the land of the Canaanites； and unto Lebanon； unto the great river； the river Euphrates。
1：8如今我将这地摆在你们面前。你们要进去得这地，就是耶和华向你们列祖亚伯拉罕，以撒，雅各起誓应许赐给他们和他们后裔为业之地。
Behold； I have set the land before you： go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers； Abraham； Isaac； and Jacob； to give unto them and to their seed after them。
1：9那时，我对你们说，管理你们的重任，我独自担当不起。
And I spake unto you at that time； saying； I am not able to bear you myself alone：
1：10耶和华你们的神使你们多起来。看哪，你们今日像天上的星那样多。
The LORD your God hath multiplied you； and； behold； ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude。
1：11惟愿耶和华你们列祖的神使你们比如今更多千倍，照他所应许你们的话赐福与你们。
（The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are； and bless you； as he hath promised you！）
