Arise for our help； and redeem us for thy mercies' sake。

45：1（可拉后裔的训诲诗，又是爱慕歌，交与伶长，调用百合花）。我心里涌出美辞。我论到我为王作的事。我的舌头是快手笔。
My heart is inditing a good matter： I speak of the things which I have made touching the king： my tongue is the pen of a ready writer。
45：2你比世人更美，在你嘴里满有恩惠。所以神赐福给你，直到永远。
Thou art fairer than the children of men： grace is poured into thy lips： therefore God hath blessed thee for ever。
45：3大能者阿，愿你腰间佩刀，大有荣耀和威严。
Gird thy sword upon thy thigh； O most mighty； with thy glory and thy majesty。
45：4为真理，谦卑，公义，赫然坐车前往，无不得胜。你的右手必显明可畏的事。
And in thy majesty ride prosperously because of truth and meekness and righteousness； and thy right hand shall teach thee terrible things。
45：5你的箭锋快，射中王敌之心。万民仆倒在你以下。
Thine arrows are sharp in the heart of the king's enemies； whereby the people fall under thee。
45：6神阿，你的宝座是永永远远的，你的国权是正直的。
Thy throne； O God； is for ever and ever： the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre。
45：7你喜爱公义，恨恶罪恶。所以神，就是你的神，用喜乐油膏你，胜过膏你的同伴。
Thou lovest righteousness； and hatest wickedness： therefore God； thy God； hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows。
45：8你的衣服，都有没药沉香肉桂的香气。象牙宫中有丝弦乐器的声音，使你欢喜。
All thy garments smell of myrrh； and aloes； and cassia； out of the ivory palaces； whereby they have made thee glad。
45：9有君王的女儿，在你尊贵妇女之中。王后佩戴俄斐金饰，站在你右边。
Kings' daughters were among thy honourable women： upon thy right hand did stand the queen in gold of Ophir。
45：10女子阿，你要听，要想，要侧耳而听。不要记念你的民，和你的父家。
Hearken； O daughter； and consider； and incline thine ear； forget also thine own people； and thy father's house；
45：11王就羡慕你的美貌。因为他是你的主。你当敬拜他。
So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty： for he is thy Lord； and worship thou him。
45：12推罗的民，（民原文作女子），必来送礼。民中富足人，也必向你求恩。
And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift； even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour。
45：13王女在宫里，极其荣华。他的衣服是用金线绣的。
The king's daughter is all glorious within： her clothing is of wrought gold。
45：14他要穿锦绣的衣服，被引到王前。随从他的陪伴童女，也要被带到你面前。
She shall be brought unto the king in raiment of needlework： the virgins her panions that follow her shall be brought unto thee。
45：15他们要欢喜快乐被引导。他们要进入王宫。
With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought： they shall enter into the king's palace。
45：16你的子孙要接续你的列祖。你要立他们在全地作王。
Instead of thy fathers shall be thy children； whom thou mayest make princes in all the earth。
45：17我必叫你的名被万代记念。所以万民要永永远远称谢你。
I will make thy name to be remembered in all generations： therefore shall the people praise thee for ever and ever。

46：1（可拉后裔的诗歌，交给伶长，调用女音）神是我们的避难所，是我们的力量，是我们在患难中随时的帮助。
God is our refuge and strength； a very present help in trouble。
46：2所以地虽改变，山虽摇动到海心，
Therefore will not we fear； though the earth be removed； and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea；
46：3其中水虽？？訇翻腾，山虽因海涨而战抖，我们也不害怕。（细拉）。
Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled； though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof。 Selah。
46：4有一道河。这河的分汊，使神的城欢喜。这城就是至高者居住的圣所。
There is a river； the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God； the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High。
46：5神在其中。城必不动摇。到天一亮，神必帮助这城。
God is in the midst of her； she shall not be moved： God shall help her； and that right early。
46：6外邦喧囔，列国动摇。神发声，地便熔化。
The heathen raged； the kingdoms were moved： he uttered his voice； the earth melted。
46：7万君之耶和华与我们同在。雅各的神是我们的避难所。（细拉）。
The LORD of hosts is with us； the God of Jacob is our refuge。 Selah。
46：8你们来看耶和华的作为，看他使地怎样荒凉。
e； behold the works of the LORD； what desolations he hath made in the earth。
46：9他止息刀兵，直到地极。他折弓断枪，把战车焚烧在火中。
He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth； he breaketh the bow； and cutteth the spear in sunder； he burneth the chariot in the fire。
46：10你们要休息，要知道我是神。我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
Be still； and know that I am God： I will be exalted among the heathen； I will be exalted in the earth。
46：11万君之耶和华与我们同在。雅各的神，是我们的避难所。
The LORD of hosts is with us； the God of Jacob is our refuge。 Selah。

47：1（可拉后裔的诗，交与伶长）万民哪，你们都要拍掌。要用夸胜的声音向神呼喊。
O clap your hands； all ye people； shout unto God with the voice of triumph。
47：2因为耶和华至高者是可畏的。他是治理全地的大君王。
For the LORD most high is terrible； he is a great King over all the earth。
47：3他叫万民服在我们以下，又叫列邦服在我们脚下。
He shall subdue the people under us； and the nations under our feet。
47：4他为我们选择产业，就是他所爱之雅各的荣耀。（细拉）。
He shall choose our inheritance for us； the excellency of Jacob whom he loved。 Selah。
47：5神上升，有喊声相送。耶和华上升，有角声相送。
God is gone up with a shout； the LORD with the sound of a trumpet。
47：6你们要向神歌颂，歌颂，向我们王歌颂，歌颂。
Sing praises to God； sing praises： sing praises unto our King； sing praises。
47：7因为神是全地的王。你们要用悟性歌颂。
For God is the King of all the earth： sing ye praises with understanding。
47：8神作王治理万国。神坐在他的圣宝座上。
God reigneth over the heathen： God sitteth upon the throne of his holiness。
47：9列邦的君王聚集，要作亚伯拉罕之神的民。因为世界的盾牌，是属神的。他为至高。
The princes of the people are gathered together； even the people of the God of Abraham： for the shields of the earth belong unto God： he is greatly exalted。

48：1（可拉后裔的诗歌）耶和华本为大，在我们神的城中，在他的圣山上，该受大赞美。
Great is the LORD； and greatly to be praised in the city of our God； in the mountain of his holiness。
48：2锡安山，大君王的城，在北面居高华美，为全地所喜悦。
Beautiful for situation； the joy of the whole earth； is mount Zion； on the sides of the north； the city of the great King。
48：3神在其宫中自显为避难所。
God is known in her palaces for a refuge。
48：4看哪，众王会合，一同经过。
For； lo； the kings were assembled； they passed by together。
48：5他们见了这城，就惊奇丧胆，急忙逃跑。
They saw it； and so they marvelled； they were troubled； and hasted away。
48：6他们在那里被战兢疼痛抓住，好像产难的妇人一样。
Fear took hold upon them there； and pain； as of a woman in travail。
48：7神阿，你用东风打破他施的船只。
Thou breakest the ships of Tarshish with an east wind。
48：8我们在万君之耶和华的城中，就是我们神的城中，所看见的，正如我们所听见的。神必坚立这城，直到永远。（细拉）。
As we have heard； so have we seen in the city of the LORD of hosts； in the city of our God： God will establish it for ever。 Selah。
48：9神阿，我们在你的殿中，想念你的慈爱。
We have thought of thy lovingkindness； O God； in the midst of thy temple。
48：10神阿，你受的赞美，正与你的名相称，直到地极。你的右手满了公义。
According to thy name； O God； so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth： thy right hand is full of righteousness。
48：11因你的判断，锡安山应当欢喜，犹大的城邑，应当快乐。（城邑原文作女子）
Let mount Zion rejoice； let the daughters of Judah be glad； because of thy judgments。
48：12你们当周游锡安，四围旋绕，数点城楼，
Walk about Zion； and go round about her： tell the towers thereof。
48：13细看他的外郭，察看他的宫殿，为要传说到后代。
Mark ye well her bulwarks； consider her palaces； that ye may tell it to the generation following。
48：14因为这神永永远远为我们的神。他必作我们引路的，直到死时。
For this God is our God for ever and ever： he will be our guide even unto death。

49：1（可拉后裔的诗，交与伶长）万民哪，你们都当听这话，世上一切的居民，
Hear this； all ye people； give ear； all ye inhabitants of the world：
49：2无论上流下流，富足贫穷，都当留心听。
Both low and high； rich and poor； together。
49：3我口要说智慧的言语。我必要想通达的道理。
My mouth shall speak of wisdom； and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding。
49：4我要侧耳听比喻，用琴解谜语。
I will incline mine ear to a parable： I will open my dark saying upon the harp。
49：5在患难的日子，奸恶随我脚跟，四面环绕我，我何必惧怕。
Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil； when the iniquity of my heels shall pass me about？
49：6那些倚仗财货自夸钱财多的人，
They that trust in their wealth； and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches；
49：7一个也无法赎自己的弟兄，也不能替他将赎价给神，
None of them can by any means redeem his brother； nor give to God a ransom for him：
49：8叫他长远活着，不见朽坏。
