By reason of the voice of my groaning my bones cleave to my skin。
102：6我如同旷野的鹈鹕。我好像荒场的？？鸟。
I am like a pelican of the wilderness： I am like an owl of the desert。
102：7我儆醒不睡。我像房顶上孤单的麻雀。
I watch； and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top。
102：8我的仇敌终日辱骂我。向我猖狂的人指着我赌咒。
Mine enemies reproach me all the day； and they that are mad against me are sworn against me。
102：9我吃过炉灰，如同吃饭。我所喝的与眼泪搀杂。
For I have eaten ashes like bread； and mingled my drink with weeping；
102：10这都因你的恼恨和忿怒。你把我拾起来，又把我摔下去。
Because of thine indignation and thy wrath： for thou hast lifted me up； and cast me down。
102：11我的年日，如日偏斜。我也如草枯乾。
My days are like a shadow that declineth； and I am withered like grass。
102：12惟你耶和华必存到永远。你可记念的名，也存到万代。
But thou； O LORD； shalt endure for ever； and thy remembrance unto all generations。
102：13你必起来怜恤锡安，因现在饲可怜她的时候。日期已经到了。
Thou shalt arise； and have mercy upon Zion： for the time to favour her； yea； the set time； is e。
102：14你的仆人原来喜悦她的石头，可怜她的尘土。
For thy servants take pleasure in her stones； and favour the dust thereof。
102：15列国要敬畏耶和华的名。世上诸王都敬畏你的荣耀。
So the heathen shall fear the name of the LORD； and all the kings of the earth thy glory。
102：16因为耶和华建造了锡安，在他荣耀里显现。
When the LORD shall build up Zion； he shall appear in his glory。
102：17他垂听穷人的祷告，并不藐视他们的祈求。
He will regard the prayer of the destitute； and not despise their prayer。
102：18这必为后代的人记下。将来受造的民，要赞美耶和华。
This shall be written for the generation to e： and the people which shall be created shall praise the LORD。
102：19因为他从至高的圣所垂看。耶和华从天向地观察。
For he hath looked down from the height of his sanctuary； from heaven did the LORD behold the earth；
102：20要垂听被囚之人的叹息。要释放将要死的人。
To hear the groaning of the prisoner； to loose those that are appointed to death；
102：21使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名，在耶路撒冷传扬赞美他的话。
To declare the name of the LORD in Zion； and his praise in Jerusalem；
102：22就是在万民和列国聚会事奉耶和华的时候。
When the people are gathered together； and the kingdoms； to serve the LORD。
102：23他使我的力量，中道衰弱，使我的年日短少。
He weakened my strength in the way； he shortened my days。
102：24我说，我的神阿，不要使我中年去世。你的年数世世无穷。
I said； O my God； take me not away in the midst of my days： thy years are throughout all generations。
102：25你起初立了地的根基。天也是你手所造的。
Of old hast thou laid the foundation of the earth： and the heavens are the work of thy hands。
102：26天地都要灭没，你却要长存。天地都要如外衣渐渐旧了。你要将天地如里衣更换，天地就改变了。
They shall perish； but thou shalt endure： yea； all of them shall wax old like a garment； as a vesture shalt thou change them； and they shall be changed：
102：27惟有你永不改变。你的年数，没有穷尽。
But thou art the same； and thy years shall have no end。
102：28你仆人的子孙要长存。他们的后裔，要坚立在你面前。
The children of thy servants shall continue； and their seed shall be established before thee。

103：1（大卫的诗）。我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。凡在我里面的，也要称颂他的圣名。
Bless the LORD； O my soul： and all that is within me； bless his holy name。
103：2我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华，不可忘记他的一切恩惠。
Bless the LORD； O my soul； and forget not all his benefits：
103：3他赦免你的一切罪孽，医治你的一切疾病。
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities； who healeth all thy diseases；
103：4他救赎你的命脱离死亡，以仁爱和慈悲为你的冠冕。
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction； who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies；
103：5他用美物，使你所愿的得以知足，以致你如鹰反老还童。
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things； so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's。
103：6耶和华施行公义，为一切受屈的人伸冤。
The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed。
103：7他使摩西知道他的法则，叫以色列人晓得他的作为。
He made known his ways unto Moses； his acts unto the children of Israel。
103：8耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。
The LORD is merciful and gracious； slow to anger； and plenteous in mercy。
103：9他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。
He will not always chide： neither will he keep his anger for ever。
103：10他没有按我们的罪过待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。
He hath not dealt with us after our sins； nor rewarded us according to our iniquities。
103：11天离地何等的高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人，也是何等的大。
For as the heaven is high above the earth； so great is his mercy toward them that fear him。
103：12东离西有多远，他叫我们的过犯，离我们也有多远。
As far as the east is from the west； so far hath he removed our transgressions from us。
103：13父亲怎样怜恤他的儿女，耶和华也怎样怜恤敬畏他的人。
Like as a father pitieth his children； so the LORD pitieth them that fear him。
103：14因为他知道我们的本体，思念我们不过是尘土。
For he knoweth our frame； he remembereth that we are dust。
103：15至于世人，他的年日如草一样。他发旺如野地的花。
As for man； his days are as grass： as a flower of the field； so he flourisheth。
103：16经风一吹，便归无有。他的原处，也不再认识他。
For the wind passeth over it； and it is gone； and the place thereof shall know it no more。
103：17但耶和华的慈爱，归于敬畏他的人，从亘古到永远。他的公义，也归于子子孙孙。
But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him； and his righteousness unto children's children；
103：18就是那些遵守他的约，记念他的训词而遵行的人。
To such as keep his covenant； and to those that remember his mandments to do them。
103：19耶和华在天上立定宝座。他的权柄（原文作国）统管万有。
The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens； and his kingdom ruleth over all。
103：20听从他命令成全他旨意有大能的天使，都要称颂耶和华。
Bless the LORD； ye his angels； that excel in strength； that do his mandments； hearkening unto the voice of his word。
103：21你们作他的诸军作他的仆役行他所喜悦的，都要称颂耶和华。
Bless ye the LORD； all ye his hosts； ye ministers of his； that do his pleasure。
103：22你们一切被他造的，在他所治理的各处，都要称颂耶和华。我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。
Bless the LORD； all his works in all places of his dominion： bless the LORD； O my soul。

104：1我的心哪，你要称颂耶和华。耶和华我的神阿，你为至大。你以尊荣威严为衣服。
Bless the LORD； O my soul。 O LORD my God； thou art very great； thou art clothed with honour and majesty。
104：2披上亮光，如披外袍，铺张穹苍，如铺幔子。
Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment： who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain：
104：3在水中立楼阁的楝梁，用云彩为车辇，藉着风的翅膀而行。
Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters： who maketh the clouds his chariot： who walketh upon the wings of the wind：
104：4以风为使者，以火焰为仆役。
Who maketh his angels spirits； his ministers a flaming fire：
104：5将地立在根基上，使地永不动摇。
Who laid the foundations of the earth； that it should not be removed for ever。
104：6你用深水遮盖地面，犹如衣裳。诸水高过山岭。
Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment： the waters stood above the mountains。
104：7你的斥责一发，水便奔逃。你的雷声一发，水便奔流。
At thy rebuke they fled； at the voice of thy thunder they hasted away。
104：8（诸山升上，诸谷沉下（或作随山上翻，随谷下流），归你为它所安定之地
They go up by the mountains； they go down by the valleys unto the place which thou hast founded for them。
104：9你定了界限，使水不能过去，不再转回遮盖地面。
Thou hast set a bound that they may not pass over； that they turn not again to cover the earth。
104：10耶和华使泉源涌在山谷，流在山间。
He sendeth the springs into the valleys； which run among the hills。
104：11使野地的走兽有水喝，野驴得解其渴。
They give drink to every beast of the field： the wild asses quench their thirst。
104：12天上的飞鸟在水旁住宿，在树枝上啼叫。
By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation； which sing among the branches。
104：13他从楼阁中浇灌山岭。因他作为的功效，地就丰足。
He watereth the hills from his chambers： the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works。
104：14他使草生长，给六畜吃。使菜蔬发长，供给人用。使人从地里能得食物。
He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle； and herb for the service of man： that he may bring forth food out of the earth；
104：15又得酒能悦人心，得油能润人面，得粮能养人心。
And wine that maketh glad the heart of man； and oil to make his face to shine； and bread which strengtheneth man's heart。
104：16佳美的树木，就是黎巴嫩蹬香柏树，是耶和华所栽种的，都满了汁浆。
The trees of the LORD are full of sap； the cedars of Lebanon； which he hath planted；
104：17雀鸟在其上搭窝。至于鹤，松树是它的房屋。
Where the birds make their nests： as for the stork； the fir trees are her house。
104：18高山为野山羊的住所。岩石为沙番的藏处。
The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats； and the rocks for the conies。
104：19你安置月亮为定节令。日头自知沉落。
He appointed the moon for seasons： the sun knoweth his going down。
104：20你造黑暗为夜，林中的百兽就都爬出来。
